• The domicile certificate must be signed by an authority specified in the WBMCC guidelines – typically an executive magistrate, sub-divisional officer, or an equivalent designated official.

• A Domicile Certificate obtained through the West Bengal e-District portal is also accepted as valid proof.

• For Proforma B applications, two original identity documents of the parent (Aadhaar, Voter ID, or Passport) showing a West Bengal address must be produced, along with attested photographs of both the candidate and the parent.

• Candidates who do not meet any of these domicile conditions are not eligible for State Quota seats but can still participate in Private Management Quota or NRI Quota counselling, where domicile is not a requirement.
